This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to users of SrankBazaar (A unit of Srank Infotech Private Limited) and outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds related to our services.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation by User:
Users can’t cancel their business listing subscription; it will automatically cancel after the expiry date of the subscription.
2. Cancellation by SrankBazaar:
SrankBazaar reserves the right to cancel a user's business listing subscription in cases of violation of terms of service, fraudulent activity.
Refund Policy
1. Refunds for Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
2. Refunds for Service Interruption
In the event of a significant and documented service interruption that persists for more than 7 consecutive days, users may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
3. Refunds for Cancellation
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations
Changes to the Policy
SrankBazaar reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the Platform or other means.
